Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders are processed and prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, it will be handled under our Return Policy below.

Return Policy
At Ways Of The Amish, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received (unused, unopened, with tags)

Be in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Refund Policy – Go Green Initiative
As part of our Go Green Initiative to reduce waste and emissions:

50% refund for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition

25% refund for items that have been opened or used
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility as part of our Go Green Initiative.
